Want to Re-fi FHA

Hey guys,

Me and my wife closed on our first home last august. We were elgible for a conventional loan but had to go FHA due to a tax error. We both have credit scores over 750 and we would like to re-fi with USAA. The $220 a month of PMI is a killer and it will be great to get rid of. We currently pay 1740 a month with taxes and insurance and PMI included. My idea would be to get a 15 year loan in order to save on interest. With the PMI eliminated it would make the 15 year payment pretty close to waht we pay now (crazy). My question is as follows....

How long do you have to wait to re-fi and FHA loan?

Your loan documents, the note itself, will confirm but I believe that you can refi that FHA loan anytime you wish to do so.
