We CLOSED!!!!

I am so thankful for these boards!! I'm have read and read and read and we are finally HOMEOWNERS!!!! Just closed about an hour ago!!

Congratulations!  I am awaiting appraisal and a final closing date.  Home inspection and termite inspection were this past week.  Last year, with scores in the 490's and low 500's, I thought I would never be a homeowner!!
