We are under contract!!

Yes! We found a house last night, put the offer in and after some small time negotiation we were accepted!

Now the fun begins. Gotta schedule the inspection and get the broker on board to schedule the appraisal.

Booooom!

What I love most is that I don't have to lift a finger...everything is brand new and updated.

Yayyy.

Might be able to jump in on the March/April closers!

Though my realtor emailed saying he forgot to have me sign something so I guess technically I'm not under contract anymore Haha.

For some reason the seller has been taking his time to sign the paperwork. It's been 2 days now.

Would like to have it so I can start ASAP sending it to the broker to be submitted.

Our goal is to close by 4/20 for FHA...do you guys think this is feasible?

The agreement said we would close on or before then.
