Did a refinance in October and got a 4.25% 30 year fixed with no points. 13 months ago I origionally had a 5.5% 30 year fixed but have just refinanced last month at 4.25% 30 year fixed with no points.

Trans FICO 671

Equi FICO 600 Was in the mid 600's in October.

In my area and my bank loan over $625,500 is jumbo, our loan call super conforming loan and LTV is 20%. Our settlement/closing cost ALL fees including $400 appraisal is $2085 (LO waived $650 bank loan fees). We just pay for some of requires $ in reserve and interest that everybody have to pay. Thanks for all inputs.

After a full 4 months since we locked the rate. We're very happy now it's over. Thank you for all of your inputs.
