We got our pre-approval paperwork today!!

We're approved for an FHA loan and our family is floating us the down payment and closing costs until we get the 8k tax credit at tax time! Smiley Happy

Congrats!  Make sure the funds from the family are properly disclosed as a loan, and not a gift.
