The DW and I recently applied for the new home buyer program offered by First Community Credit Union here in St.Louis. They have an awesome program which includes the below:
- No PMI
- No down payment
- All closing cost covered by the lender.
- No origination cost.
- No pre-payment penalties
We got approved for 200k at 4.25 fixed, 30 years.
