The alert means nothing. She setup MyFico to look at her scores and give her pertinent information. The fact that it is spewing off interest rates really means nothing, and I wouldn't put too much stock into it.
It basically noticed that her score changed, compared it to a database of rates and/or offers, and puked out some information. It has nothing to do with your loan process or the rate you will actually get.
