My wife is now almost 20 weeks pregnant. She called me today and asked me to go ahead and apply for the mortgage.

Tentative numbers (automated) come back with 3.75% financing on a 30-year with a $215k purchase price.

It's late in the day so I'll follow-up with them in the morning.

I got more details today.

1. My CR pull is good for 90 days
2. I have a list of documents that I need to get to the mortgage consultant.
3. The mortgage consultant didn't see anything that was alarming to him.
4. Right now, we have a 3.75% rate (subject to change). It's not locked and can't be until there is a buyers order.
