Exactly why I stay far away from Wells Fargo. We have heard nothing but bad experiences. Always better going through a mortgage lender that knows what they are doing!

My boyfirend and I started to work with Wells Fargo LO and his is awful. We are at the very beginning, still trying to get a preapproval letter and things already look bad, at least from the communication peerspective. We need to find someone else. Would you mind providing an info to "your" loan oficer, please? It seems like she was very reliable.
