Hello everyone,
I thought I was near the end of my loan process, I had submitted all documents, appraisals, final inspections all complete. But now Wells Fargo asked me to get them the Sellers Lender name and Loan number so he could give it to the CEMA team so they can consolidate the loan. I have no understanding of any of this. I spoke to my attorney about it he seemed surprised that they were trying to do this and said its very rare- he seemed kind of hesitant about it. He is going to speak to the Loan officer soon. Any thoughts on this?
