What Is The Current FHA Interest Rate?

We are using one of the builder's preferred lenders a well, as they will give us a credit of 3100 on top the builder giving us 8820 to use towards closing cost.  But I will be shopping around if the rate is one I don't like when it comes time.  I really like the guy that I am working with, company called Benchmark Mortgage, but I will drop them like a hot potato if I have to.

Our builder has about 8 preferred lenders but they do not have an in house lender. Staying with a preferred lender also gets us the $15K in closing costs. If we had to cover that and a down payment there's no way we would be able to afford it.
