What Mid Score Is Going To Get Me 5 Percent On Refi

Getting rdy to refi next month and need to know where I need to be mid score is around 680 right now or what will 680 get me.

Are you going FHA or conventional?  FHA, anything 620+ should get the same best rate.  For conventional you probably need to be 720 or 740+ to get the best rates.  If you're not there when it comes time to refinance, you might be able to pay points to get it down where you want it.
