I was looking over my contract last night at the fine print. The way I read it, the final walk through ain't all that final LOL. It basically said any list generated would try to be solved, but if not, it can't be a reason not to close. So when they tell me its time to close, its time to close, and any items not fixed, I take it on faith they're gonna get to it.
