I'v been lurking for awhile reading and trying to learn stuff. I would like to know what you all think of my chances for getting a mortgage in 6 months.
This is what my CR's are reporting and my scores:
TU: 631
4 CL:
2 macy's accts: Opened 11/04 and 12/05. Never late
Student Loan: Opened 5/00. Never late
1 charged off CC: Charged off 04/05 with bal of roughly $600. (I do not want to pay this off as they are total as*holes and in 04/09 they cannot sue me. (SOL)
Collection Accounts: (Assigned to collections or sold to JDB)
1) medical bill: Delinquent 2002
original bal $83.00, current bal $132.00 (This is over 4 years so they cannot sue me and obtain a judgement)
2) dental bill: Delinquent 2003
original bal $966.00, current bal $1,407.00 (Also over 4 years, no judgement possible)
3) first premier credit card: Delinquent 04/05 (they can still sue me and get judgement until 04/05 but it's highly doubtful they will)
4) cable bill: Delinquent 2002
original bal $444.00, current bal $444.00
