Try this one. Scroll down and choose your state and it will tell you todays rate and whether it went up or down.

You just need to scroll down and select New York on the bottom left, and then the next page, scroll down and select Albany.

I believe these rates are for conventional loans not FHA loans.

The mortgages in the survey had an average of 0.00 discount and origination points.

Now the lenders table I can't swear to, but I went according to what it pulled up when I selected FHA rates.
