Mmmmm. Tried the link and after putting in all the info it came back blank.

Try this one. Scroll down and choose your state and it will tell you todays rate and whether it went up or down.

Re: What are the chances of being approved.

This shows you the area banks and what they are offering with a crdit score of 700 or above.

This assumption is based on$165K and  0 points, with 5% down.

Re: What are the chances of being approved.

I believe these rates are for conventional loans not FHA loans.

Re: What are the chances of being approved.

30-year FHA Mortgage rates in Albany, New York, remain unchanged Friday North Palm Beach, Fla. -- Jan. 30, 2009 (Bankrate.com) -- Average rates on 30-year FHA mortgages in Albany remained unchanged at 5.42 percent on Friday, according to Bankrate.com's daily Your Best Interest report. The mortgages in the survey had an average of 0.00 discount and origination points.

Now the lenders table I can't swear to, but I went according to what it pulled up when I selected FHA rates.
