Received conditional approval and resubmitted for final approval yesterday; should hear something late today or by COB tomorrow. We close on the 28th.
Conditions were nothing unusual; W2, 30 days bank statement, addresses discrepancy on credit report, statement of why I don't pay child care (silly question when my wife doesn't work), copy of DD214 (retired Marine), and LOX why I transferred large amounts of money from one retirement account to another; which I did because I can't invest into it anymore and I wanted something I could continue investing into.
If nothing else has changed, what are the odds of getting denied?
