Thanks, I'll keep you all in my prayers... I know this is a nerve recking process but there is light at the end of the tunnel!!! If you do what the UW request you to do then the process will go smoothly.  I think the worst part of my process was the waiting which drove me plum crazy....

We are still waiting on the builder to finish and to get a C of O, and a CTC....right now I feel like I am sitting in a dark corner watching paint dry, while waiting for the grass to grow.  Everything is in on our end, now everyone else needs to do their job!

Waiting for the appraisal to be submitted so that we can find out if it appraises for the amount we agreed upon. I am down to 9 days now and I am starting to think that we may not be able to close before the 15th. We were told that we could close before the 15th, but I'm not so sure anymore. Our appraiser seems to be one who waits until the last minute to do anything. He had 10 business days to get out to do the appraisal and he took all ten days. Oh well nothing I can do, but wait. I would like for all of this to just be over soon and my family and I living in our home.

One condition to be cleared by the UW so that we can get the increase for our pre-approval letter.  NACA is great!

I am waiting on 2 things till my conditions are satisfied. My final grant approval my down payment assistance. This annoying judgement that showed up on the title when title company prossessed. The judgement was not even an unpaid judgement. I was satisfied quickly but still showing up 3 years later unpaid. It's been a headache of a process. I keep saying this will be worth it..
