The processor said as soon as they receive our HOI we will have a clear to close. They are scheduling our closing for Monday. Fingers crossed

Per loan processor waiting for tax transcripts to be received from IRS and then my mortgage loan goes back into underwriting for the 4th time. Hopefully we should be CTC.

I'm also waiting to hear CLEAR TO CLOSE.  Anyone want to shed some light on what "your loan has been underwritten" means?  That's pretty much the last thing I've heard.  Does this mean we're definitely approved?  We weren't told that any conditions were necessary.

I assume that it means you're approved and out of underwriting...they just need to collect all documents and get the file in order..paperwork needs to be completed.

I sure hope so.  My realtor scheduled the loan closing for this Friday at 9AM so we're hoping they get on the ball.
