I am waiting on TOMORROW! Scheduled to close at 10 a.m. and boy will it be interesting! My mortgage broker has been cool and in my opinion has worked the loan process well. My realtor, who has done absolutely nothing to earn her commission plus brokerage "junk fee", has undercut my broker at every chance. She asked if he wanted to schedule the closing and he said he would. She then set it up anyways to be held in her office. She barely wanted to file even a one week extension due to minor repairs required before closing! I just want this over with!
