I'm waiting to hear back about underwriting.  My LO said we should hear something today or tomorrow.  So, with that information, I'll hope to hear something by Friday.  The waiting is a killer!

Going through NACA.....We just finished the credit access stage, now we're waiting to go to bank app.

CTC tomorrow at 3. LO sent back the HUD because it seems low. So stressful... Just want to be in the house for the long weekend

Ugh stress. We are set to close on Tuesday but due to holiday, everything needs to be in order by tomorrow. Unfortunately the appraiser has yet to finalize the appraisal because it is an FHA loan and he requested the deck be sanded and stained. They have had this done since Monday but no word on approval from appraiser. House appraised for much more than we are paying but damn natural wood rule and FHA.

So we wait and I bite my nails.
