TODAY I am waiting on underwriting.  I just got the email that my file has moved on to underwritting.  This is for a full pre qual so once thru this I could move ahead in resale or new build with full confidence.  so I am deciding if I am stressed or excited or both.

Still waiting on conditions from the underwriter.  Should be back in the next hour or so.  We got a call Friday night asking us what a certain monthly payment was for (answer: rent), but that has been it so far.  Pins and needles.

We are waiting for appraisal (just ordered) and to lock our rate. 

 

I havent been contributing to this thread, but I followed CelesteR's nerve wracking posts. I am so glad she made it to the end, without giving up.
