First home finally got my credit right took 90 days of hard work...

LO says I am approved by the bank and that Underwrting says my file looks good.

I AM READY TO GET THIS OVER with.... its been almost 2 weeks since the apprasial was ordered, was told by my Realtor that last week that he thinks we are about 2 weeks or so from closeing... this morning I received a communication from my LO wanting my Land Lords info so she can verify I pay rent... 

my question to you I don't want to bug her, but how close do you guys think I am to closing... is valading your rental history one of the end steps?

 I would email my loan officer every morning when I was in the process to ask her if she needed anything from me. I'd send her email and ask her what the next steps are and what kind of timeline you're looking at. Do you know the results of the appraisal?
