What could we qualify for?

Hello,

  I have been looking at calculators to see what amount we may qualify for but I get different calculations every time. Hoping somebody here could help me out. 

Monthly income is $3,200. Car Loan $398 and an installment loan of $118.

Scores are 660, 649, 653.

Assuming FHA financing with 3.5% down, $900/year in homeowners insurance & $1,800/year in property taxes, around $145k with the payment being around $1,100/mo.
