This week I had a victory. EQ removed a 2006 judgment from my, CR because it should have been satisfied as a part of my BK.
While I was dealing with EQ, I filed a motion to have the judgment vacated as another way to remove it from my CR. My concern is this, because the case is going to be reopened, will that reactivate it on the CR, or once it is removed will it remain so?
