What documentation is needed for FHA?

to prove income?  We have W-2's and we have pay stubs, how many do they require?  What about bank account?  We are not going to have much of a downpayment we are hoping the sellers will help or use down payment assistance.  Just wondering so we can have all our ducks in a row.  Thanks

Sounds like a done deal.

There are funding conditions(seperate from loan conditions) but those are only property related, typically.(and may already be cleared).

If the Loan Officer is 1/2 good.... then you are ok.
