Every situation is different, but it is not out of the ordinary to go through multiple rounds of UW, so I wouldn't necessarily interpret this as your 'last chance' moment. Did you receive any conditions from Round 1? Typically, each round, if not approved, results in some contingencies (e.g., you need to provide an explanation of something, you need to be able to show more cash available for closing, etc.).
