Yes you find out what the reasons are and address them. Once you address them, then you kinda start over.

You always have the option to try a different type of loan such as FHA but Im sure you picked USDA for your peticular reasons.

I would be thinking positive that everything should be fine. If it was a big issue I would have hoped your LO or Broker would have addressed it already with you.

I tried USDA and I just gave up on it and went to FHA, almost the same program but better in my opinion.

For some its the cheaper beginning expenses. Downpayment and closing cost.

For me it's the price of pmi. .4% over 1.3%. I will take that anyway but I may be going fha anyways. Still don't know anything.

Just an update still nothing from UW my LO keeps saying we will hear back tomorrow for sure..... Is this a bad sign?
