Does anyone know what is the typical rate for a statement only bank statements type loan or portfolio loan? I know the downpayment is high between 15%-35% is that right? But what is the typical rate or where can I find that information without going through the process. I am just looking at that as an option as an alternative to the non occupant co-borrower loan.
