What is your intrest rate???

OK...we are oh so close to getting our offer a done deal.

What are/is your intrest rate and did you go FHA or conven.?

Our lender did our GFE high @ 6.5% so we'd see the worst case senerio.

Just like to get an idea of the closing rate.............or if I should "lock-in"

Just closed on my FHA on the 12th.  Interest rate 6% but APR 6.75%

I'm getting an FHA loan when I can find a house - all the GFEs on the 4 offers (yes 4) that I've submitted so far have been around 5.5%; give or take .2%.

I Locked last week at6.0 with an 6.2APR with Wells Fargo. Cllosing on June20th. I'd lock soo as I see rates are on the rise again.

Those rates may not hold.... unless you pay discount points. Rates have risen daily for over a week.

Must have been Conventional with that lower APR.
