I will apply for one Tuesday, but I am curious to know what is an expected rate with this type of loan?
My middle score is 710.
I realize their is a funding fee and maybe even a origination fee, just not sure yet.
What rate range has everyone received with this program?
4%, 5% 6%??
If you put money down, does that lower the rate?? I cannot qualify for a true conventional loan.
