One year ago, dh went on straight commission instead of salary. I would LOVE to dump this big house and buy something closer to the city with historical significance and closer to my elderly parents. We have approximately 50% as a down payment. Our new payment would be less than what we're paying now on property taxes.
Do we still need to have the two year commission? Middle score is 620, but soon to pay off 95% of our current debt, so that should shoot up nicely.
