I spoke with my LO, who emailed me yesterday about my loan. He informed me that the application is being sent to the processing team for review before it goes to the UW. From there, the UW will review it before it is submitted to FHA. They already ordered the appraisal and the title. I already selected USAA for my homeowner insurance weeks ago. What am I to expect next? I have a closing date of 24 Aug. My middle score was a 653, no late since Dec 2008, dti is 46% and I have am bracing for the worst. Why, I don't know. Is this normal?
