Been waiting on a rescore to go through for a VA loan. Last week, our mortgage broker emailed "IT WORKED!!! When do you want to come in next week?" Scores went up. So we are meeting with him tomorrow and don't really know what to expect. They are our builder's perferred lender. We are supposed to meet with the builder in a few weeks to give them the earnest check. Don't know what to expect tomorrow? Will we get a pre-approval letter to give the builder? I asked if he needed any more info/documentation, he said not at this time. We have already given him all our income info. Anyone went through this?
