Re: Whats next after appraisal

Gee...thanks! :-) It was a long road to becoming a homeowner again. It took me 7 years to get my credit into the 700's after two bankruptcies and a foreclosure. Before all the negative happened, my highest score was 650 so 703 is the highest it has ever been in my lifetime. I am so glad I made it through and that we are all moved into our new home and getting settled. There are still a few items that need to be done but it is starting to feel like home. March 7th marks a month that we have lived in our new home!
