Hello guys, my question is simple, when is a CT usually given back to us? Is a CT sent to a us when the house forecloses, sold, auctioned, paid off, etc?
If it is sent when the house is sold and/or what happens if the bank forecloses on the property but does not sell it until 3-5 years after that date? Is it our fault that the bank took so long for us to receive a CT?
