When to go for pre-approval?

keeping this simple.

student loan = 10k

2014 civic = 8k left.

2013 jetta = 5.3k left.

 

started new job feb-6th 2014.. making about 4.5k monthly gross.

do not owe on any credit card at all.. and i have over 20k open credit.

14 credit cards...

16 inquires 

no baddies for 3 full years. 

credit scores are 700+

 

only have 10k saved..? can i apply for a morgage anytime soon.. lol with all these things on me..

Inquires= 0 as of 3/20/2013 till 4/1/2014
-Amex green NPSL -Discover it 1k -Capital One 1.25k -Walmart 700.00
-JDCU 500.00 -Credit one bank 400.00 (credit builder card =) -Babys R-us 200.00? =(

Yeah same line of work went from self employed to employee

If you changed from self employed be sure you can show income for past two years.

Very true, 2 years tax returns.  Were you self employed at least 2 years?

Yeah didn't report much tho like 32k first  and 25k on 2013

Because you are in the same industry and are now an employee, they will use your current income. You will still have to supply the tax returns but your current income is what will be used to qualify you.
