My husband and I are looking to sell our house and purchase another.
Where can I go to compare mortgage companies and pick a good reputable one? Also the same question for good realtors?
If I have consigned a student load worth $ASK - does that impact the amount we qualify for? The loan is not in repayment status - the borrower is still attending college.
My Pico is 715, my husbands is 745.
Any feedback would greatly help me out!!
