Hello. I require an installment loan soon. I am going to ask if I can split it, but if I can which is better?

Which is better?
one large installment or split between two smaller installments.

i would go for best rate, and since they count against FICO scoring models just one. in that order.

They said they would not split. So I guess it's just 1 loan.

I would not add 2 installments at the same time.

FICO looks at it as "new credit"

Thanks. Do you recommend opening them a few months apart then? My goal is long term after PIF.
