Whick mortgage affordability calculators are most accurate?

My monthly income is 2700(Its actually 1333 every two weeks, so I get paid 26 times a year.  Is this taken into consideration for a loan) Car payment is 342, student loan 77 and credit card is 20 with a limit of 900( I only keep a balance of 10- 15 on it).

When I put it in HUD's calculator it says I qualify for 85000 but when I put it in lending tree it says I qualify for only 68000.  I found a house I like listed at 79900 and so if I did the nehemiah program it would be 84000.  Can I qualify for this or am I just wasting my time?

1333 X 26 / 12 = 2888 = the way all underwriters will calculate your income.

without knowing what the tax rate is in your area, this question cannot be answered.
