Who Sends Me the HUD-1

Sorry for all the dumb questions - we are closing in 24 hours exactly (squeeeeee!) and I haven't received the HUD-1 yest telling me how much we'll need to bring to closing. 

This is a FSBO and neither of us used realtors, so who do I ask for it?  The LO, lawyer??

The closing attorney or title co. They usually send 24 hours in advance, but when it is the end of the month, it may be the same day as closing. Depends upon how busy they are and right now its pretty busy.

once we approve, me or the processor sends to borrower.

typically i am the one who sends because i like to go over it with the borrower before closing.

but sometimes my processor sends for expediency

Closing at 4pm, still haven't seen HUD-1.  I hope we have enough in our account!

I asked my LO about the HUD-1 and she said she would get it for mer.  Then a few minutes later I just got a message from her telling me to call *immediatey*.  Called her and it went to voicemail.  She couldn't have just called me?

My nerves are in shreds at this point.

We got ours the same day we closed.  In fact, we got it at closing. We went through the thing with our lawyer.  The dollar amount that we needed to bring to closing was pretty much the exact figure we'd had for a month or so.  But it would have been nice to have it a little sooner.
