Thank you. She didn't answer so we'll try again today. I'm not *too* worried about it b/c the rental market here is pretty good in the sense that houses don't generally sit for over a month so I'm sure if push comes to shove we can find someone else.

 

As for the title, do ya'll know if a credit is given of some sorts for basically a transfer?

It said in my purchase contract that I could pick the title co.  I was happy about this, bc my LO had one in mind that did the table funding I so desired.

Come to find out, the seller (Fannie Mae) picked the title company.  If I didn't like it, then I was responsible to pay some of the closing costs I wouldn't have paid if I went with the title co they chose.  Needless to say, I chose their co. and it went GREAT.  I hope the same for you.
