Why don't I see this judgement on my credit reports but the bank sees it?

it was included with the title work.....

your background was checked for judgments and liens that could affect title

Dallas is right.

You can also go to the public records for your county and look up what shows against your name if you want to see it.

 

In my county it is under the Clerk of Courts - so check that section first, but it may be different in your county.

 

Seems that not many people are aware that "public records" mean quite literally records available to the public.
