I'd love to be approved for a conventional loan, however, with my short credit history and small downpayment
(3.5%-5%), I'm expecting to be approved for FHA.
If I can manage both jobs through the end of the year, I should have 8k available to me. (5k would be used as down payment, the other 3k would be used for other misc. costs)
I think we'll hear more about the extension of the tax credit as the new year approaches!
