Thank you all for the replies. I got a rescore today and just like I thought, middle score is 600. However, I paid off a bill a couple of days ago and lender is predicting a 16 point jump. That along with my good tradelines reporting make me feel some-what more confident (but still not 100%) on my ability to get the loan. New construction, set to close 12/15, which means I have until then to work on it. I'll keep you posted.
