I hold the deed of my house but mortgage is in my dad's name. My mother passed away last year so trying to get it in my name. I did have a mortgage for 10 years on another property but score dropped when I sold that and no mortgage reporting.
scores today are 637 and 622. I owe about 3800 on CC. Trying to pay that off.
What are the chances of a refi. I have about 15,000 in equity in the house and have lived there and paid the mortgage, insurance and taxes for 7 years.
