Hi everyone. I want to try for an fha mortgage in or around October of this year. I make 36000yr. and I have no current credit cards. I have about 2-3 baddies from 2003 or earlier. I have 3 current tradelines with 12 mo of good history on them. I have about 3500 in savings. My lowest score is about 650. My question is, do you think I will qualify for a 90000-100000 loan. One more question I have is, does anyone know if Victorville, Hesperia, or the San Bernardino County have any down payment assistance programs available at this time? Thanks in advance.
