Will the new regulations enacted on 9/1/2011 cost the buyer of a property more, or is the costs of implementation of
these new requirements cost all consumers more money in general, when buying a home?
Will the appraisers provide the buyer with this new form with an explanation of the codes or provide another type of document?
The documents I referenced are the new UAD & UMPD
