Will this be a deal breaker?

We are in underwriting and they asked for a current house payment statement from us. Our problem is: years ago when we got behind in our mortgage I called to work out a payment plan and they asked if financially it would be easier if we moved our payments to the end of the month and I said yes so I pay the payment before the end of the month. I looked at our current statement and it still shows due date as the first of the month. We have no 30 days late, everything else passed underwriting but now I am wondering if this will be a no go. Any thoughts?

I think you are okay as long as the company is not reporting 30 days late on your credit file. You should go ahead and obtain a LOX in advance--it will be needed! Good luck
