I guess three weeks from app to conditional approval isn't bad but it sure seemed like an eternity. Hopefully from conditional to close is much quicker. I sent her the two conditions today so hopefully they will get the ball rolling on the title work.
Congrats! Wells Fargo moves really fast. To anyone who has all their paperwork handy, I definitely would recommend working with them. (Closing on 2/10 w/ a WF loan!
