My truck is in my wife's name. I use it for my small pest control company. I pay the monthly note from the business account as a "lease note." Would a mortgage company count this as part of our DTI since the company is technically paying for the truck? I am trying to get all of our ducks in a row before I apply for a home. Currently our DTI is 25%. It would be less if they do not include my truck.
